Return/Exchange Policy
Our goal is to meet or exceed your
expectation for customer satisfaction, and we do everything we can to
accomplish that.
We understand that in some circumstances, our customers will need to
cancel or return items ordered. Bayshore Home will be happy to arrange
for returns and exchanges of Thompson Traders products, as long as the
following criteria are understood and met:
Damaged or Defective Products: If
package is damaged upon delivery, purchaser has the option of
refusing delivery or inspecting the item for damage before the
driver leaves. If this is not possible, damaged or defective
products
must be reported to Bayshore Home within 48 hours of delivery.
Digital photos of damage or defect will be requested and forwarded
to Thompson Traders. If Thompson Traders can reasonably
determine damage or defect from the photos, a call tag will be
issued for pick-up and a replacement will be shipped. If
damage or defect cannot be reasonably determined from the photos,
the purchaser will be asked to ship the item back at their expense
to Thompson Traders for inspection. If damage or defect is
determined upon physical inspection, return shipping charges
incurred by the purchaser will be reimbursed.
Product Returns/Exchanges (Customer
Choice): Purchaser must notify Bayshore Home within 10 days of
delivery. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's
responsibility. A Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number must first be obtained by contacting Bayshore Home at
888-654-8876
or
Contact Us. Thompson Traders will not
accept returned products without an authorized RMA number.
When the returned
item is inspected and found to be in good condition, the purchaser
will be reimbursed for the item less a 25% restocking fee.
Payment of shipping charges for returned and exchanged
items
is the responsibility of the purchaser. Bayshore Home free
shipping is offered only on original orders.
