JSG OCEANA - RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectation for customer satisfaction.  We understand that in some circumstances our customers will need to cancel or return items ordered.  Bayshore Home will be happy to arrange for returns and exchanges of JSG Oceana products, as long as the following criteria are met:

  • Damaged or Defective Products must be reported to Bayshore Home within 48 hours of receipt.  Please call 888-654-8876 or  Contact Us and provide a digital photo of the damage or defect if possible.  If JSG Oceana is able to confirm a defect from the photo, the item will be picked up and returned.  If a photo is not provided or a defect cannot be confirmed by the photo, purchaser must return the item at their expense.  If defect is confirmed upon inspection by JSG Oceana, return shipping charges will be refunded along with the product refund.  A copy of the return shipping receipt must be provided to Bayshore Home in order for return shipping charges to be refunded.
     
  • Customer Choice Returns / Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt and returned within 30 days of receipt.  The item being returned must be uninstalled and unused.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must first be assigned for returns/exchanges.  Please contact Bayshore Home by phone (888-654-8876) or email (Contact Us)JSG Oceana will not accept returned products without an authorized RMA number.  A refund less restocking fee will be processed when JSG Oceana confirms that the item has been received in good condition.  There is a 25% restocking fee for customer choice returns and a 10% restocking fee for customer choice exchanges.  Payment of return shipping charges is the responsibility of the purchaser.
