JSG OCEANA - DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each Oceana sink and vessel is a one-of-a-kind, hand-made product.  Some items require multiple hand processing techniques.  Occasionally, an item may not be immediately available.  In this case, most orders are delivered within 10-15 days using standard ground transit (Bayshore Home free delivery).

In-stock items usually ship in 2-3 business days.

When a rush order is requested, every effort will be made to expedite the order.  There is a $25.00 fee for rush orders (definition: order ships same day order is received), and standard ground transit (Bayshore Home free delivery) will be used.

When expedited shipping is requested (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Delivery), the difference between the expedited shipping charge and UPS Ground rate will be added to the order.
