Handcrafted Metal Return/Exchange Policy

Handcrafted Metal allows the return of non-damaged, non-defective items for refund or exchange within 30 days after they are shipped, and will only accept returns that arrive with a Return material Authorization (RMA) number issued prior to shipping back the item.  The item must be shipped back to Handcrafted Metal at your expense and received in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged and never installed.  Upon satisfaction of these requirements, your refund will be processed, less a 25% restocking fee, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

• Items delivered in damaged or defective condition must be reported to Bayshore Home within 48 hours.
   
• Product returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of being shipped to you.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained.  Handcrafted Metal will not accept returned products without an authorized RMA number.  Please call Bayshore Home at 888-654-8876 or Contact Us to request an RMA number and arrange for product return.  Once the returned item is inspected and approved by Handcrafted Metal, your credit card account will be credited, less the restocking fee.
   
• Payment of shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Free shipping is offered only on the original order.
