Types of Payment Accepted
Bayshore Home accepts payment
by check or money order from U.S. customers (allow 7-10 business days to clear); and by MasterCard, Visa, Discover
and
American Express. All payments are
to be made in full at the time of purchase. In case of backorders or lead
times to ship of three (3) weeks or less,
payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Product Availability
Upon receipt of your
order, Bayshore Home will confirm availability of the the items ordered. If an item is reasonably expected to be available to ship
within three (3) weeks of order receipt, your order will be processed and
payment collected; otherwise you will be notified of expected
availability to ship before payment is processed. If you

that it is in stock.
Sales Tax Policy
Bayshore Home must
charge and collect sales tax at the rate of 7.550% on orders placed by
customers who reside in the state of Missouri or who have a Missouri
billing address. Customers who reside or have billing addresses
outside of the state of Missouri are not subject
to sales tax.
Shipping Policy
Please refer to each
product on our site for individual shipping information. In many
cases Bayshore Home offers free shipping within the continental U.S.
on original orders (per item). Some items may require a
shipping quote to be obtained and charges added to the order. Each
product page includes a blue & gray box at the top of the screen that
lists model, manufacturer, item number, price and shipping cost.

Freight
Deliveries/Claims: Most items offered by Bayshore Home are
shipped by UPS or Federal Express. For items requiring freight
delivery please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery,
confirming the accuracy of the shipment and verifying that all products
have arrived in good condition. Any claims for damages and/or
errors must be made immediately. Damaged product will be replaced
and any errors corrected immediately. Bayshore Home cannot be
responsible for concealed damage. Please make sure your freight is
acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed off on the
goods shipped, any later recourse will have to be arranged by the
customer with the
freight company directly.

Shipments outside the
continental U.S.
Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii,
Canada and other locations) will usually require additional shipping charges. If this is the case, Bayshore Home will contact you by
email or phone with your options, including order cancellation.
Your order will not be processed nor your credit card billed without
your knowledge and approval of additional shipping charges. Any
duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred for deliveries outside the
continental U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: The manufacturers and suppliers of the products offered
by Bayshore Home may decline to ship certain
products outside the continental U.S.
Cancellation Policy
If your credit card has been charged or check payment
processed for a
purchase and you cancel your order before it has shipped, Bayshore Home will
issue full credit to your credit card account or full refund by check
for the amount of the purchase.
Individual bank policies will dictate when the refund is credited to your
account. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, a 25% restocking
fee (unless otherwise specified by a particular manufacturer) will apply for any items
you choose to return that are not defective or damaged during shipping.
Return / Exchange Policy
Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectation for
customer satisfaction, and we do everything we can to accomplish that.
We understand that in some circumstances, our customers will need to cancel or
return items ordered. Due to the nature of our products and the lead-time it
takes to produce the products, Bayshore Home will be happy to accept return
items, as long as the following criteria are understood and met:
- Defective On Arrival (DOA) products must be reported to
Bayshore Home (not to the manufacturer) within 48 hours by phone at
1-888-654-8876 or
Contact Us). BayshoreHome.com will make arrangements for pick-up
of the item when necessary, and delivery of the replacement.
- Product returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of
receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA/RGA) number must
first be obtained contacting Bayshore Home at 1-888-654-8876 or
Contact Us. (Without an
authorized RMA/RGA number written on the package, the manufacturer will not
accept returned products.) Once the returned items have been received, inspected and
approved your credit card account will be credited, less a restocking fee
and in some cases the original shipping charge. Refunds for
returned items are subject to final inspection by the manufacturer, which
must claim their product defective. If the manufacturer finds no
defect, BayshoreHome.com must represent that finding and no refund will be
made.
- Shipping charges are not
refundable. Payment of shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the
responsibility of the purchaser. (Bayshore Home free shipping is offered
only on the original order to orders that ship within the continental U.S.)
- Unless otherwise specified
by a particular manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee
will be deducted from refunds for returns and exchanges (except for DOA products).
- All products must be
returned in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Installed
product cannot be returned for credit.
- Some items are
non-returnable and/or non-refundable. If you are not sure of the
return policy for a particular item, please contact us before making your
purchase. Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of
Bayshore Home, and requests for returns or exchanges must be directed
only to Bayshore Home.

Warranties
All of the products on our web
site carry a minimum one-year limited warranty. Some of our manufacturers offer
longer warranties.

use of this web site, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to BayshoreHome.com arising from any product purchased from BayshoreHome.com shall
be the price of the product ordered, plus shipping and handling charges. If any
part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason,
then the aggregate liability of BayshoreHome.com shall not exceed one hundred
dollars ($100).
Quantities May Be Limited
Bayshore Home may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities
purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include
orders placed by the same Bayshore Home.com account, credit card, and orders that
use the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification will be sent to the
e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the
right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit
sales to dealers.
